Lourdes Alban
Lourdes Alban created Hamptons Flips out of a labor of love. Having immigrated to New York at the age of 18, Lourdes envisioned the American dream as becoming a powerhouse in real estate. After purchasing and renovating her first two properties in East Hampton, Lourdes decided to share the repeatable model she created to help others achieve their passive real estate goals.
Backed by over a decade of restaurant and retail management, Lourdes now helps savvy real estate investors recognize potential in the Suffolk County market. She works with clients who want to take charge of their time, create generational wealth, and write their own paycheck.
